How it all started...
As a church we never want to forget our story. We believe that remembering and communicating our story keeps our focus on what God has called us to do. When we look back and remember all that God has done to launch Bridge it gives us faith for what we know God wants to do through Bridge in the future.
While pastoring in Pennsylvania the Holy Spirit spoke out of Isaiah 58:12 to Pastors Bob and Stephanie that their ministry focus would be to help people rebuild their lives and community. They assumed this focus was for their church in Pennsylvania but God had other plans.
On August 21, 2015 Pastors Bob & Stephanie Hulett sensed God speaking to them to return to Cape Coral, and plant a church with one simple focus, “To connect people to the life only Jesus can bring.” After continued prayer, counseling with trusted mentors, and tangible confirmations, the Hulett’s clearly knew God had called them to plant Bridge Community Church.
On February 11, 2016 Bob & Stephanie Hulett received approval from ARC (The Association of Related Churches) to be an official ARC Church Plant. Along with three other families from Pennsylvania they transitioned back to Cape Coral and in June of 2016 held their first Interest Meeting.
With the help of 34 Dream Team Members, Bridge held it's first service on January 29, 2017 at Mariner High School.

Fast forward to today!
We now have our own location (79 Mid Cape Terrace Suite 2&3) right in the center of Cape Coral. We are experiencing rapid growth in both our Kids & Youth Ministries. Since the beginning of 2023, we have seen numerous people commit their lives to Christ and go public with their faith with Water Baptism. God is doing amazing things at Bridge and We believe that our best days are ahead of us.
Where we are headed...
We believe that God has called us to Wake our World to Following Jesus and in January 2023, we felt the Holy Spirit told us to step out in faith and introduce our Wake our World offering with a goal to raise $100,000 above our normal tithes and offerings. This offering would fund much needed improvements to our current location and to completely fund our Youth & Kids ministries as they grow. We also have a goal to take $50,000 of that offering and set it in a savings account to purchase a forever home in the future.
